Submissions

Please email HA at submit@hobokenarts.com and submit your event for consideration. HA tries to post all events pertaining to the visual arts and Hudson County, NJ. Please follow the guidelines below. Allow one week for listing to be posted.

Acceptable formats for text include simple text (.txt) and rich text format (.rtf). Microsoft Word Documents or other application specific documents will not be readable.

Acceptable Image formats are JPEGs no larger than 2 MB.

HA Directory
Include the follow information in this order: Company, Industry (visual arts specific), Contact, Title, Address (must be in Hudson County, NJ), Telephone Numbers (up to two), Fax Number, Email Address, and Web Address.

Calendar of Events or Exhibition Schedules
Include the following information in this order: Show Title, Artists Exhibiting, Specific Dates Exhibiting, Opening Reception, Location, Contact Information, and a Brief Description of the event written in the third person. Event or exhibit must be happening in Hudson County, NJ.

Gallery
Do not send any images at this time. Gallery is still under construction.

News
Include a Title, and a Date of Expiration along with the brief story. News must pertain to Hudson County, NJ area.

Featured Artists
Submit a story written in the third person accompanied with three images. Artists must reside or work in Hudson County, NJ and be listed in the HA Directory.
